  I lived in Rivers Bend for far over twenty years. I moved out 02/07/2018.
  The one star ratings are fair and the 2017 reviews are in my opinion accurate.
  
  The most serious health problem in these apartments is the MOLD. If you have children or you have an allergy to mold please do not move here til you have proof that the moldy insulation has been removed. MOLD IS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZZARD!
  For years the roofs at Rivers Bend have leaked water into the units. I have photos of the current insulation that has turned black from mold. Past maintenance practice has been to paint over water stains leaving the mold in the interior walls.
  Because the insulation is old and moldy it is ineffective so heating and cooling the apartments is very expensive, often over $500. per month for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. Also, the basements, which are inaccessible to residents, are damp and unheated.
  Rivers Bend was built on a wetland causing the basements to flood. Sump pumps are in many of the building basements. The cold, damp basements increase heating costs and bug infestations.
  
  The 12/14/2016 thru 02/28/18 management company (Residential Management) were consistently the most demanding and demeaning people I have ever met.
  
  I am glad to learn that there is a new management company. My hope is that the company, TRIO will correct the very serious moldy, ageing insulation so the apartments can be healthy places to live with reasonable heating and cooling costs.
  Until management can prove that the insulation has been replaced, I would strongly suggest that you not move into Rivers Bend.
